| Chalet La Floria is a stunning, freestanding house situated in the village of Les Praz and is available for week long rentals at Christmas, New Year, February half term and Easter. Situated in the centre of the village, the property is less than a five minute walk to the Flegere lift station and close to the train station and bus stop giving easy access to all other ski areas in the valley. This unique property is ideal for groups and benefits from a large private garden with hot tub and stunning views. Les Praz village is less than a three minute drive into Chamonix or a twenty minute walk along the river. It has a selection of bars and restaurants and a ski rental shop offering discounts to Bigfoot clients.

Accommodation:
Ground Floor
On the ground floor of the house there is an open plan dining and lounge area with wood burning fireplace and fantastic views across the garden and up to the mountains.
For entertainment, the property offers a 42 inch plasma tv screen, dvd player and UK satellite plus a hi fi system and wifi access.
There is a good sized kitchen with a large 5 ring hob/oven, ample workspace, fridge freezer and dishwasher.
Also on this level is a seperate toilet and washbasin.
Basement
In the basement level is a ski/boot room, washing machine, tumble dryer and another fridge freezer.
First Floor
On the middle floor there are three large double bedrooms, two of which have balconies and all with ensuite bathrooms and toilets.
Second Floor
The top floor has three further bedrooms, a double bedroom and two twins one of which has an ensuite shower, toilet and wash basin. There is also a seperate bathroom with toilet, bath and shower attachment.
In the garden next to the house is a hot tub which provides fantastic uninterrupted views of the surrounding mountains.
To the front of the property there is a parking area large enough for up to three cars.

- Our minimum stay is from 3 nights through to as long as you like and you can come any day of the week!
- We arrange your airport transfers from Geneva airport with our transport partners, ATS.
