Ranging from 1200m - 3226m, les Arcs has a huge, varied ski area, good for all levels of skier and snowboarder. The main resorts of Les Arcs are 3 purpose built villages at 1600m, 1800m (the largest and liveliest) and Arcs 2000. Development of a further village at 1900m is well underway.
Christmas 2003 sees the opening of the new link between Les Arcs and La Plagne, creating the new Paradiski area - billed as the largest ski area in the world.
A funicular link with Bourg St Maurice will take you up to Arc Pierre Blanche (1600m) in just 7 minutes. For more details see the winter factfile.
