A mix of traditional and modern in this lovely self catered chalet with excellent views!
  • Chalet Estancia has been converted from part of a sawmill about 0.75 km above the village of Les Houches.
  • The self catered chalet offers spacious accommodation which is about 50m walk from the slopes that lead to Le Prarion lift station in Les Houches.
  • The chalet may be described as nearly ‘ski in / ski out' and has a small creek flowing through the garden.
  • It provides 4 bedrooms, all of which have private bathroom facilities and a huge living space which has contemporary furniture and leads onto a sun deck where you can soak in the hot tub and enjoy the fabulous sunset views of the Aiguilles Vertes.
  • The chalet is offered on a self catered basis from Saturday to Saturday throughout the winter.

Accommodation:

  • Entry Lobby - ski and boot storage
  • Living Area which is open plan with the dining area and the fully equipped kitchen. The living area has funky furniture and is fully glazed along one wall allowing and there are sliding doors which provide access onto the sundeck for a hot tub and into the garden.
  • There is comfortable seating around a log fire, a 37" flat screen TV and DVD player.
  • The dining area has a large table with plenty of chairs and the kitchen has every modern gadget that you could need during your holiday.
  • Bedroom 1 - triple bedroom with shower. WC
  • Bedroom 2 - quad bedroom with shower.
  • Bedroom 3 - double bedroom (with the bed suspended from the ceiling by industrial chains!) and views of the Mont Blanc range through the velux window. WC
  • Bedroom 4 - triple bedroom with shower. WC

Services:

  • You will be met at the chalet and provided with keys.
  • Please note that a returnable deposit of £500 will be collected on arrival. This will be fully refunded at the end of your stay provided that nothing is broken damaged or missing and no special cleaning is required.
