  • Le Courtil is set on the sunny side of the valley in a prestigious and quiet residential area two minutes walk from the centre of Chamonix.
  • The chalet is set in its own large gardens and has extensive uninterrupted views of both the Mont Blanc range and the Aiguilles Rouges.
  • The chalet has a floor area of about 220sq metre and will sleep seventeen people in the five bedrooms. It also has a centrally heated 16sq metre self contained Mazot (small garden house) which will sleep two more people plus sofa beds and two folding beds and babys cot for extra accommodation if required.
  • Le Courtil has a 60sq metre South facing balcony and private parking for many cars. It has an integral garage which is ideal for storage and maintenance of skis, bikes etc.
  • Several of the valleys ski areas are around 5-15 minutes walk away.
  • Le Courtil is very well equiped for self catering, but we can also arrange a part or fully catered option.

  • Garden level:
    • Large living room with patio doors opening onto garden.
    • TV/home cinema/cd player with wide choice of dvds and cds. 
    • Bedroom One with two single beds and full size bunk beds. Ensuite shower room and wash hand basin.
    • Toilet.
    • Utility/drying room with washing machine, boot drier and extra fridge/freezers.
    • Integral garage/work shop.
  • First Floor:
    • Fully equipped kitchen with oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher and microwave.
    • Dining room/second living room with sofa. arm chair and open fire with patio doors to: 60 SqM South facing balcony with electric sunshade.
    • Bedroom Two with double bed.
    • Bathroom (hip bath, bidet and toilet).
    • Hallway and Porch to front door.
  • Second Floor:
    • Bedroom Three with double bed and two single beds.
    • Shower room
    • Toilet.
    • Bedroom Four with double bed.
    • Bedroom Five with double bed and single bed. Wash hand basin.
  • Outside:
    • Mazot with double bed, toilet and shower room.
  • A travel cot and hgh chair is available.
  • There is parking for several cars in a paved driveway set in 1000sqM of sunny private gardens along with barbecue and table tennis. There are two large garden tables with chairs.
  • There is a phone with free local calls and wifi broadband internet access.

Cuisine:

Le Courtil is very well equiped for self catering with a good range of accessories such as fondue sets, coffee makers and so on.
We can also offer a full or part catered option. As Le Courtil is so close to the  town centre with its large range of excellent eateries one popular option is to mix eating out with self catered with catered,

We can organise private airport transfers at competitive prices (please note that some airport transfers are shared and can take a long time!)
