  • As a small and independently run, owner-operator chalet company, we are able to dedicate ourselves to ensure you receive the very finest in quality service. Our aim is to provide you with a comfortable, relaxed and enjoyable winter holiday.
  • The chalet is set back from the village centre, in the lush surroundings of French pine forest - an ideal place for the kids to play safely in the snow. 
  • Marmotte Mountain Retreat is also just a short stroll through the narrow, winding lanes to the supermarket, restaurants and bars of Argentiere.
  • For ski enthusiasts, you can also access Grand Montet's home trail from the chalet, located only a short distance away, allowing the possibility of a ski in - ski out holiday experience.

Accommodation:

The chalet comprises 4 separate bedrooms and sleeps 8 comfortably with facilities for infants.

  • Top floor:
    • spacious master bedroom with breathtaking views, en-suite with large bath and shower.
    • double/twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom.
    • 2 x double/twin bedrooms with stunning views.
    • separate bathroom, with shower and bath.
  • Downstairs:
    • open plan living area with large open log fireplace.
    • in house cd player, DVD player (with extensive DVD library), variety of board games that are freely available.

Cuisine:

  • Highly qualified Chef with extensive experience in 5* restaurants and fine dining restaurants
  • Full continental breakfast comprising of fresh bread and croissants, a selection of yogurts, cereals, local meats and cheeses, a large fruit bowl and freshly brewed tea and coffee.
  • Afternoon tea made up of freshly baked cakes, muffins or cookies, tea and coffee or a nice cold beer from the chalet fridge to help you unwind.
  • For dinner, you will be served a delicious four course meal accompanied with a good selection of local French wines.
  • We are also able to cater for any special dietary requirements. Dinner is provided for 5 out of the 7 nights. This allows you the opportunity to also experience some of Chamonix's great fine dining restaurants which we can arrange for you.
  • Children's menu and early suppers also available.

Services:

  • Transfers from Geneva airport, and in resort minibus to and from ski areas, included.
  • Day trips to other areas such as Megeve, Les Contamines and St Gervais available at reasonable cost. 
  • We can also help with getting your lift passes and equipment organised.
  • Reliable child minding services.
  • Toboggans/sleds for the kids to play outside the chalet.
  • Shovels and spades to build and play with outside the chalet (snowmen, snow tunnels/caves can be built on the chalet doorstep)
  • We can also arrange bookings for the panda club or ski school.
