  • In the winter months we provide luxury skiing , snow boarding and mountain holidays at fantastic prices. Based in Chatel, part of the Portes du Soleil ski area where you have access to the largest pisted skiing in the world! Covering over 14 skiing resorts, over 2 countries. There truly is "skiing for everyone!"
  • Our accommodation at Chalet Tzigane provides that luxurious touch, with plasma screens and dvd players in every room, fluffy dressing gowns, morning coffee and tea in bed, sauna and hot tub, great food and much more besides.
  • Chalet Tzigane is only one and half hours from Geneva airport, and ideally located in between three lift stations and we are not too far from the centre of Chatel so nothing is too far away. If you do not fancy the walk you can always catch the chalet Merc.
  • The ski bus stops at the bottom of the chalet garden is then only a few minutes bus ride to the main lifts.
  • In the summer months we take a tailored approach to building your ideal summer alpine holiday.

Accommodation:

  • Chalet Tzigane offers five bedrooms and five bathrooms of which 3 are ensuite. The lounge and dining area have a balcony that runs the length of the property with stunning views of the river and mountains.
  • Only four years old the property offers a high standard of accommodation in alpine tradition. Set around an open fire with comfy sofas for relaxing, a plasma screen, surround sound system and a comprehensive DVD and CD library.
  • Bedrooms are furnished to a high standard with plasma screen, DVD and sound system. Fluffy dressing gowns and slippers are provided for a touch of luxury.
  • After a hard days skiing come back and jump in the outside hot tub with a glass of something sparkling or use the sauna to relax as a prelude to your sumptuous evening meal.

Cuisine:

  • The owner's have spent many years ski-ing in all parts of the world. They have drawn on this experience and their extensive catering knowledge to offer an exciting menu using fresh ingredients and produce to provide a menu that will satisfy the heartiest appetite.
  • All dietary needs can be catered for with notice at time of booking. A typical day starts with tea and a bacon roll in bed whilst reading Tzigane’s personal weather and ski condition report revealing ‘what’s on in Chatel’.
  • If your feeling more sociable stroll downstairs to join fellow guests for cooked or continental breakfast.
  • On your return afternoon tea will be laid out with fresh homemade cakes, scones, biscuits and hot drinks to warm you up.
  • Once you are relaxed a four-course meal will be served with complimentary wine.
