Comfortable chalet as perfect operating base for a great holiday in the beautiful ski area of Dachstein-West!
  • Chalet Annaberg is situated within a small cluster of chalets just 5 minutes from the little village of Annaberg, with beautiful views on the Dachstein mountains with the Dachstein glacier and Bischofsmutze.
  • At 100 metres from the chalet you have, through the Riedlkopf and Astau shop chair-lifts directly access to the slope of the Dachstein West ski area with approx. 45 lifts and more then 150 km slopew which connect Annaberg, Russbach and Gosau.
  • The practice ski-tow of the ski school is located at 100 meters from the chalet park. You can ski back to the chalets. The Astau shop loipe (5km) and a couple bridle paths also starts at the park. The ski school determines also over Dutch ski trainers.
  • There are different bars and restaurants close by. Supermarket in Annaberg (5 min) or Abtenau (10 min). Beautiful Salzburg is nearby at approx. 45 minutes.
  • There is a central reception (swimming pool, sauna and restaurant).
  • You can park your car close to thechalet or at the 100 meters further located parking place.
  • At 100 meters from the chalet park and at the ski slope is the cosy restaurant Dolomitenhof with a Schirmbar where you can après-ski.
  • Half-board on request possible in Hotel Dolomitenhof.

  • This chalet is built in regional style with a lot of wood and shows the typical Austrian cosiness.
  • The chalet is very comfortable and foresee from all conveniences, such as satellite TV.
  • 4 room chalet, max. 8 persons approx. 90m2:
    • Front access with ski storage, entrance/hall.
    • Stylish arranged living room with cosy sitting area and with 2p-sofabed, gas heater fire and dining area and TV.
    • Complete, open kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and 4 stoves.
    • Access to terrace.
  • 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms:
    • On the ground floor a bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet.
    • On the first floor three 2p-bedrooms with all a 2p-bed.
    • Bathroom with bath, washbasin and toilet.

  • SUMMER (May - November): Deposit (€200,-), bed linen (bring your own or rent on the spot €8,- , towels (bring your own or rent on the spot €8,- each set), kitchen linen (bring your own) final cleaning €75,- , child's bed (€23,- p.w.) on request, toerist tax €1,- p.p.p.n..
