About Ecrins Lodge
- Our Lodge is ideally situated between the Les Deux Alpes lift system (5 minutes) and the bottom of the slopes in Alpe d'Huez (25 minutes).
- After the hustle bustle of a fun -packed day on the slopes you will look forward to the peacefulness of our Lodge's location, with stunning views from the new terrace and private hot tub.
- The Lodge is available self-catering or half-board.
- Perfect location for Families or groups skiiers and in the summer, cyclists and mountain bikers.
- The building, which has recently been completely renovated, dates back over two hundred years and is in the typical style of the area.
- It offers views of the surrounding Ecrins National Park, down the valley to the raging Veneon river and of Les Deux Alpes ski slopes.
- An additional 5th room is also available in the form of a self contained studio which can be rented with a large group or on its own self-catered.

The Lodge has been totally renovated and offers four guest bedrooms, three with ensuite shower rooms. A wide terrace, complete with hot tub, offers the perfect setting for after dinner drinks. In addition an adjouning studio has now been renovated to add a fifth bedroom for a further two people

- Three of our bedrooms can be arranged with a double or twin bed layout. All have brand new en-suite shower rooms.
- One of these rooms also has a large mezzanine with two further beds.
- All our beds have new 200cm/90cm single mattresses which fit together perfectly to create enormous 200cm/180cm double beds.
- Our final bedroom is a smaller room with space for two on a rasied bunk bed and a single sofa bed underneah. This room uses the fourth large bathroom just over the landing.
- The Studio has a shower/toilet, kitchen sofa and UK freeview television. It can have a double or twin beds.
- The heart of our Lodge is our living and dining room, with comfortable sofas gathered round a wood-burning stove for chilly winter months and doors opening onto a spacious outdoor terrace complete with a large private hot tub.
- The living room has music, television, a DVD player (with a good library of popular films and shows) and UK satellite TV.
- Our Lodge has wi-fi broadband internet connection, a variety of board games and, when the snow has melted, a table tennis table for outside.
- Our living area is also equipped with a drinks fridge and free tea and coffee facilities.

Cuisine:
- With more than a decade of experience cooking for VIP guests in luxury mountain resorts and on private yachts, we pride ourselves on providing hearty and delicious menus for our guests.
- The half-board formula includes a continental breakfast of fresh croissants or eggs, toast, cereals, yogurts, jams, honey, juice, tea, coffee and fresh fruit.
- Afternoon tea, coffee and cake or biscuits are provided on return from the slopes every day.
- Our evening meal is a special occasion for our guests. A chance to relax with fellow guests around our dining table, over a delicious three-course meal - all washed down with an excellent local house wine or a cool beer.
