LAND

A number of different plots of land are available in both the Portes du Soleil and Grand Massif areas.  Prices and plot sizes vary. The plots are always constructible, often with services already in place (water, electricity...) and sometimes with planning permission already granted.

  In addition we can give you advice on the best ways to proceed with the building of a new chalet in France. It can be a very straightforward and rewarding procedure if you choose wisely. We collaborate with a number of chalet builders and architects and so can give you advice and information regarding building costs, planning permits, payment schedules etc

Furniture not included

We always have various plots of land available in the Portes du Soleil and the Grand Massif areas. At present we have land in the resorts of Morzine, Les Gets, Chatel and Samoens, in the villages of St Jean d'Aulps and Verchaix and in the hamlets of Seytroux, Les Carroz, La Baume, and Essert-Romand.
