- If you renew the initial lease, you have an 18 year period of guaranteed returns which should be long enough, at Euro interest rates, to clear a repayment mortgage in its entirety. - As a long-term investment it is entirely guaranteed from beginning to end, offering a good return, increasing regularly and paid partially by the return.

Chamrousse has 92 kilometres of piste just half an hour from Grenoble. It is a good family resort with 23 ski lifts, a great freestyle area which includes 1 snow park, 1 big air and a boarder cross course.
There are 25 bars/restaurants, 11 food stores, 20 sport shops, all the French services within the resort (Postal service, administration, bank, gas station, Ski School, police, pharmacy, taxi, bus etc etc !).
There is a wide range of activities available, during winter as during summer. For winter, as well as skiing and snowboarding there is snow biking for kids, snow shoe outings, ice driving.
