We are recruiting for a Chalet Host - 1 day per week (Wednesday) We will require you to be available from mid December until mid April.
You must take pride in your work, have extremely high standards, be conscientious and considerate, enjoy working on your own. Most importantly have a love for hospitality and be proud to be part of the Freedom Ski team.
Ideally, we would like the successful person to be a Morzine resident.
Responsibilities:
Look after our guests to the highest standard possible and ensure our guests benefit from the ‘Freedom Ski’ service in a chalet with up to 16 guests
Housekeeping of guest bedrooms and communal areas
Setting up continental breakfast and serving breakfast
Clear breakfast, serve and clear afternoon tea
Confidently and knowledgeably host guests: able to answer questions, provide information and advise on Freedom Ski services, the resort, ski area and service providers
Demonstrate resort knowledge, expected to recommend local restaurants and bars
Experience Required:
Relevant hospitality, customer service and housekeeping experience
Excellent time management and organisational skills with a ‘nothing is too much trouble’ attitude
Hands on practical and proactive approach
Good interpersonal skills able to converse at all levels with colleagues and guests
Able to work on own initiative
