Nathan + Trisha (24+23) looking for a chalet couple position for winter 2015/16.
I have previously done two seasons both in Paris working in the catering and hospitality sector I have done front of house and back of house work in catering as a cook. I have a real passion for cooking and baking I love trying new recipes and toying with techniques and ideas. I am currently in the events side of hospitality working for a fine dining luxury hotel as an assistant wedding co-ordinator helping the guests have a time they will cherish providing dedicated assistance and attention to detail making each wedding special.
Nathan has previously done three seasons two in Paris and one in the south of France he has backpacked all over Europe travelling extensively, his real passions are being outdoors and being with people. He also works at the same hotel as me at the moment as a food and beverage assistant so has an extensive knowledge of what he is severing and is very helpful and pleasant making people feel like they at a home away from home. Nathan also has a full UK driving licence.
