JANUARY START
We are looking for an experienced chef couple to run a 14 person chalet in La Tania, 3 Valleys.
The chef needs to have extensive experience in fine dining (2 rosettes or similar) and the host extensive experience in hospitality.
Working to a generous budget, you will be given free reign to design your own menu.
We are looking for a couple with great personalities, who are welcoming and professional.
You will receive a competitive salary, accommodation, food, ski pass, ski hire, ski insurance and travel expenses.
When applying, please submit a six day menu (four courses) and ideas for breakfast and afternoon tea.
The job can start in January if you have prior commitments, or can also start in December.
