We are looking for Chefs for Snowcrazy luxury chalets in La Rosiere for immedaite start. Previous experience is excellent or completion of our Ultimate Chalet Host Cookery Course or another similar course.
PREVIOUS RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:
• Commercial catering experience preferable.
• Customer service experience a must.
• Organisational skills, timekeeping and teamwork.
• Professional housekeeping/cleaning to a high standard.
PERSONAL QUALITIES:
• Outgoing, approachable, confident, responsible, friendly.
• Dynamic. Hardworking. Nothing is too much trouble attitude.
• Excellent social skills, able to interact well and create an ambience.
• High standards of personal hygiene/appearance.
• Ideally aged over 25 years.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Ensure that all SnowCrazy’s guests have the best holiday ever.
• Ensure your chalet is run efficiently and to SnowCrazy’s standards.
o Cook breakfast, afternoon tea, kids tea, 5 course dinner on 6 days
o Weekly shopping
o Maintain chalet cleanliness
o Snow Clearing & Driving
