I am a mature student (26) looking for work for this summer and thought this might suit.
I have previously worked as a host/ cleaner and ski guide in a private ski chalets so am comfortable working with the public and understand the long hours and level of service expected. I am a competent cook and would be happy to cater to a high standard for 6 (I could happily provide a sample menu) although have no formal qualifications. I also enjoy the great outdoors and am competent in French.
