We are a mature couple with plenty of years experience in the industry, both have managed chalets and are keen, passionate cooks. I've worked in both Val d'Isere and Tignes as a chalet host, as well as Chamonix, where I managed a chalet for 3 years and La Clusaz/Annecy where i enjoyed a Summer season event managing for an adventure company. My partner has worked predominently in Chamonix and in Canada. He's a natural cook and loves to create amazing dishes. We've both worked in kitchens as pot washes to assisting with the prep, all the way through to the cooking of meals. We've both been on a chalet cookery course, which has helped with efficiency and prep ideas, which we both know is key for an organised winter season. Other than our winter season experience, I'm a qualified personal trainer and my partner is a carpetner, so we're very useful to have around ;) We'd love to be back in the mountains for a season, preferably the Espace Killy.
