HI, A mature couple, early 30s, looking to get back in to the mountains, both have previously worked in ski resorts and enjoyed our time immensely, hence why we're on the look out for another opportunity. My partner has managed a chalet in Chamonix for several years and I have worked as a carpenter along with airport transfer work.
We are both keen cooks, however I must say that we both haven't been employed as a cook before, but we are very competent in the kitchen. We have both been on a chalet cookery course and we are both keen foodies. We are very much in to our health and fitness, my partner being a qualified personal trainer, so we are always eating whole foods that are well balanced and delicious. I believe we are a strong duo for a chalet company, having already experienced the lifestyle, we very much know what to expect and what is expected of us and would love to be considered for another amazing opportunity in the mountains.
