We're a couple looking for work for the upcoming ski season. We can work either together, or seperately within the same company, we could even job share.
We've worked together doing seasons in Chalets located in the Portes du Soleil for 6 years now and we're looking for a change of scene - don't mind where, but would ideally like a change of job too.
One of us has been driving the minibus around taking guests to the slopes as well as Geneva airport, on top of being a qualified Chef who produces good food cooked using proper techniques. In the past he has also worked in Chalet Management and as a Ski-Host too.
The other one of us has been handling the majority of the Chalet management, from handling enquiries and bookings to booking airport transfers, stock taking, accounts, filing, arranging lift passes, lessons and Ski hire etc as well as putting her 15 years of catering experience to work in the kitchen serving up tasty breakfasts, afternoon teas, canapes and desserts plus hosting the guests. In past jobs she has even hosted HRH Prince Edward. She is looking at doing a Ski Tech-ing course and would ideally like something along these lines.
We moved out to France a few years ago and are in the French system, but are happy to look at other countries - We're eager and looking for a change of scene.
