We are looking for a couple to run our luxury chalet, Chalet Jamais Bleu, in La Tania
Ski-Dazzle is a well-established chalet company that has been operating in La Tania for 12 years. We have two brands; our Premier brand is Ski-Dazzle and our Luxury brand is Chic-Chalet. Having built a reputation for offering a high standard of service, cleanliness and delicious food, we are looking for enthusiastic, flexible, professional and mature people to join our team this winter. We are looking for people who have lots of energy, take pride in their work, and have a “nothing is too much trouble” attitude to ensure that our guests have the best holiday they can possibly have.
The chef needs to have extensive experience in fine dining (2 rosettes or similar) and the host extensive experience in hospitality.
Working to a generous budget, you will be given free reign to design your own menu.
We have many returning guests and have been awarded a certificate of excellence on Trip Advisor for 2015, so we are looking for a couple who are able to carry on the same high standards which were achieved last winter season.
As well as cooking, the chef will assist the host in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and also carrying out weekly stock takes and food ordering.
We are looking for a couple with great personalities, who are welcoming and professional.
You will receive a competitive salary, accommodation, food, ski pass, ski hire, ski insurance and travel expenses.
