| We are currently recruiting for a chalet couple for this coming winter season to work and manage our 10 person chalet in Les Houches - Mont Blanc.

The successful candidates will be cooking in our new Chalet Bellevue and catering for 10 guests per week. He/she will be cooking from a set menu-plan, but will also be expected to prepare meals to accommodate various dietary requirements and tastes that may not be accounted for on the set-menu.
The chef role includes cooking breakfast and a 3 course evening meal 6 days a week, baking a cake/pastries for afternoon tea and assisting with cleaning and service when deemed necessary.
The Chalet Host role involves the overall management of the day-to-day running of the chalet, including chalet cleanliness, housekeeping, guest relations, driving duties and assisting the chef with preparation of food and service.
Requirements
An outgoing and sociable personality
Proven cooking experience/qualifications (chef)
Clean, full driving licence with driving experience
UK passport & NI number
