We are currently heading towards the conclusion of our second summer season in Europe, and are interested in pursuing a winter season position together. Our summer role incorporates the responsibilities of preparing and maintaining customer accommodation, whilst delivering a high level of customer service throughout the duration of their stay. These duties were performed alongside the need for continued organisation and communication to ensure the holidays we provide are of the best standard.
My experience lies within the hospitality/catering industry both professionally and academically, Abi's background also stems from hospitality, but this is supported by academic development within adventure tourism and outdoor leadership.
