We are currently recruiting for the following roles in Morzine for the winter season 2015/2016:
Chalet Chef
Chalet Couple - Chef and Host
We are looking to recruit an experienced chef who ideally has had some kind of formal training and/or commercial experience. You will be required to produce excellent cuisine paying particular attention to the presentation and the quality of the food. It is also imperative that you are customer focussed and can get on with guests from all walks of life. Full clean driving licence is necessary.
The Chalet Host role is front of house and you have to be confident. A big smile and a nothing is too much trouble attitude goes along way and this is what we are looking for. Lots of energy and an eagerness to please is something that comes easily to you and is second nature. Again an ability to get on with people from all walks of life is essential. You will be required to have had some house keeping and waitress/siliver service experience and to be customer focussed and not afraid of hard work.
For both roles you will need to be aged 22 or over.
