Experienced Chalet Chef / Couple
Passionate about Cooking? Passionate about the mountains, love skiing, love snowboarding? this could be the job for you.
We are looking for a qualified couple, one person must be an experienced chef who is passionate about food and can present dishes with flair and imagination.
What will you be doing?
• Meeting and greeting guests as they arrive at the chalet.
• Creating and serving a continental breakfast as well as a cooked hot option on six days, provide a home-made cake for afternoon tea, canapes before dinner followed by a four-course meal.
• You must have experience of catering for any special dietary requests.
• Creating a menu working to a budget.
• Daily cleaning of the chalet.
• Drop the guests at the ski lifts and pick them up in the afternoon.
You need to be immaculately presented, be self motivated and hard working. In addition to this, you will be outgoing, confident, conscientious, reliable and highly organised. Ideally aged 25 and over, One of you must hold a full clean drivers licence and ideally have experience of driving a minibus and driving abroad.
We provide the following package;
Mid December - end of March
Competitive joint salary £300 per week plus end of season bonus

Megeve evasion ski pass, carte neige Insurance
Food and board, double room in the chalet.
Ski hire
1 full day off a week, plus plenty of time to ski on other days.
Travel to the resort at the beginning and flight back to the UK at end of the season.
