A flexible and hardworking couple is required for a country house hotel near Inverness in the Highlands of Scotland.
This position is ideal for a couple who enjoy the rural lifestyle and who offer the skills of housekeeping, interpersonal skills, waitressing, handy man, woodland management, front of house and bar tending.
Experience is essential, a “can do” attitude and initiative are necessary and drivers would be preferable.
Person 1: Waitress and Front of House
Person 2: Handy man / bar man
Essential skills:
• Excellent attention to detail
• Good communicator
• Able to act on own initiative while keeping others fully informed
• Happy to work alone
Live in – a double bedroom with en suite bathroom, staff sitting room.
All food. Good salary. Work 6 days a week with 1 full day off and afternoons.
Early / mid April – mid October
