Professional chef looking for a winter season job at ski resort.
I have 6 years of experience, including 2 years of training at college.
I am a 23 year old female, who currently works at a childrens activity centre as a chef. My main responsibilities include preparing and cooking for up to 1,200 covers at each mealtime, dealing with dietaries (Diabetics, Gluten/dairy free, PKU etc) and the general upkeep of tools and machinery.
I also oversee the development of 2 out of 20 of our catering assistants, delivering reviews, observing, and offering support whenever I can.
I am open to suggestions regarding job roles, as I am trained in the kitchen, front of house, and have knowledge of housekeeping duties too.
I would like the opportunity to work a winter season, as it differs from my current summer season contract, and offers something new that I've never experienced before.
