We are looking for a talented and professional Chalet Chef/Host Couple to help us run our luxury catered chalet in St Martin de Belleville.
Paul and Dani will be playing a large role in the day to day running of the chalet, meeting and greeting guests every day and will always be on hand to help with any issues that arise during the course of the season and to offer general support to the successful chalet couple.
Successful applicants will be:
. Hard working and reliable
. Experienced in producing high quality food
. Have excellent references and proven history in the catering trade
. Fluent in English
. UK National Insurance number
. UK bank account
. Previous UK employment
. Must be keen to ski or snowboard!
In return for your hard work and dedication, we will offer you the following employment package:
. 19 week contract of approx 40 hours per week
. One full day off per week
. Excursions both inside and outside of resort
. Food whilst at the chalet
. Transport to and from resort at the beginning and end of the season
. Ski/board equipment if required
. Seasonnaire Insurance (sickness, injury, loss or theft or belongings)
. Uniform; t-shirts, aprons, fleece, jacket etc.
. A competitive salary paid in pounds
. A full Three Valley ski area lift pass
. On-site but NOT live-in staff accommodation
