For those applying for the chef position, please can you also forward a sample 6 day 3 course menu plan that you would be confident in cooking for up to 15 people.
For the host/driver position, applicants should have clean (European) driving licence for at least 3 years and have at least 2 years experience driving commercial or passenger vehicles.
