I am looking for my final team member for our small company to take control of all things kitchen and food. Situated in the main chalet the kitchen is open plan, providing client-facing opportunities, and catering is in our chalet cooking for up to 20 - but normally more like 10-12. Breakfasts for 6 days and 3 course dinner for 6 nights. One full day off a week. For someone of your experience this is probably a stroll in the park :0)
