Thanks for your post.
Please send me your CV - I just need a competent chef to complete my team in the beautiful (French) village of Les Carroz (close to Chamonix and Geneva).
Plenty of opportunity to ski etc for an organised person, cooking for occasionally up to 20 clients but normally 10-14 clients plus 6 staff meals.
Open plan kitchen affording client-facing and interaction opportunities.
