Our friendly chalet-hotel can offer you this season’s prices for an early booking so for the New Year week, we can offer you the price of £649 per person in en suite twin rooms. If you would like to share a quad room then we can offer 2 x £49 and 2 x £325. Half board is provided every day comprising breakfast with cereals, porridge, fresh baguettes, spreads, yoghurt; afternoon tea with home baked cakes, spreads, fresh fruit, and 3 course evening meals with complimentary wine and coffee. All rooms are en suite and most have balconies and fabulous mountain views.
The Chalet–hotel les Rhododendrons is in a superb location at high altitude, snow sure and right next to the slopes and two chair lifts in Plagne 1800; centrally located within the village, but just across the street from the ski school meeting point. We are in the beautiful Biosphere area of the Lungau valley, just 1 hour south of Salzburg.
It’s a hidden gem of a ski area, we have 4 local resorts that are covered in one ski pass, offering 170km of great skiing. 3 of the resorts are just 5 minutes from the chalet and the ski bus stops at our front door.
2 of the resorts are linked and include the wonderful A1, which is one of Austria’s longest runs at 6km.
The pistes are relatively uncrowded and the mountain restaurants are very reasonably priced.
The price would be just £500per adult (16yrs+ which includes airport transfers from Salzburg in our private minibus.

If you are unfamiliar with the Grand Massif region here are some points of interest to help you make your decision:
- Fly into Geneva airport (45 minutes away)
- 4th largest ski-linked area in France rising up to an altitude of 2,500m
