Who we are -
We are a young, fun and hard working team of individuals entering into our third winter season as The Chalet Host Co. We have worked very hard and put together a great team to ensure that we produce a mobile chalet chef and host service that is second to none. We currently operate in the Morzine, Montriond and Les Gets area.
We offer a private chef and host service to guests staying in self-catered accommodation and bring everything we need to offer a specifically tailored catering service to that particular group turning self-catered to catered accommodation.
We are looking for -
We are looking for a chef who is planning to base their career in the catering, customer service and tourism industry. You must have a real passion for food, cooking and meeting new people. You must be friendly and accommodating with great attention to detail and take pride in producing a consistently high standard of work in every element of your role.
As a chalet host and chef you play a key role in your guests holiday, it is not only the food you cook which makes you a great chalet host. It is the atmosphere you bring to the room and your interaction with the guests that will make them really enjoy their holiday.
We are looking for someone who can produce delicious meals to a tight budget, help us develop interesting and exciting menus and always greet their guests with a smile while bringing their personality into every element of their service.
