Location: Courchevel & La Tania, Three Valleys | Offering seasonal accommodation in Central Le Praz, Courchevel 1300.
Mostate is a simple two bedroomed property, one room has bunk beds the other one set of bunk beds and a single bed. Down stairs is a communal kitchen/lounge area with bathroom and separate toilet. There is storage in the cave beneath the property for skis and a washing machine also (please note we also use the cave as storage). There is free parking in the village. The lifts are less than five mins walk.
Payment of the rent is upfront, and we also require an additional 25% security deposit refundable at the end of the lease (bills can be deducted from this).
Although Mostate is in the lower village of Le Praz 1300 the links between the higher parts of resort are very quick and reliable. There are two lifts out of Le Praz, the gondola which goes straight to the ski school meeting point in 1850 (beginners area) and the new foret chair going over to La Tania improving the links between the full three Valleys ski area. There is also a free regular shuttle bus service operating throughout the whole resort.
