I am experienced chalet cook/host who is looking to do another ski season this coming winter. I am passionate about good food and baking cakes and cookies. I have a up to date c.v and menu plan available on request and also have my level 2 food safety and hygiene certificate And also I have my AoFAQ leave 2 Emergency first aid at work certificate. I would relish any new challenges that came my way the only thing is that I don't drive I hope that not problem. I look forward to hearing from you. iam available for the whole of your ski season.
