10 Persons apartment:
Second floor: Entrance, 1 double bedrooms, 2 single beds bedroom, shower, toilet, storage room.
First Floor: Balcony, kitchen with dining room and hide-a-bed for 2, Toilette, Bathroom, Small bedroom with 2 single bulk bed, living room with hide-a-bed for 2.

Moutiers : 35 km. 2 hours from Geneve airport.

Parking:
I have a garage that I rent for 65€ per week.
Logistic and costs:
I provide everything needed to clean the apartment after the stay.
I will ask for 90€ if the cleaning must be done after your stay.
I provide de bed linen and towels for 15€ per persons if wanted.
For the apartment for 10 persons:
Filter coffee machine and Nescafe coffee machine
Hair dryer
Raclette oven
2 Gratin dishes for oven for Tartiflette

We could do 4 nights at La Ferme du Nant on a catered basis, based on 10 people being in the chalet. This number would guarantee sole occupancy. We can do any 4 nights between Saturday Feb 13th and Saturday Feb 20th. Bear in mind that if doing ski school this generally starts on Mondays.
The price would be 770 euros per person catered, based on 10 sharing. If you wanted to take the chalet self catered the price would be 5500 euros for the whole chalet.
The catered option includes cooked breakfast, afternoon tea, 4 course dinner with wine,free bar, courtesy transport to and from slopes, outdoor jacuzzi, separate DVD/playroom. Transfers to and from Geneva are extra.

“Le chalet” in Saint Martin de Belleville (a wonderful and typical village with a direct access to the 3 valleys ski circuits) is a balance of contemporary and alpine tradition and was completed in 2014.
“Le Chalet” sleeps ten with a butler and chef, it is perfectly presented with double height ceilings, a huge open fire... very nice atmosphere
It has also an indoor swimming pool, a sauna wet and dry with spectacular views of the surrounding Alps, a home cinema , 5 spacious comfortable bedrooms en-suite .... what eslse !
Located just 200 m from the ski lifts which connects effortlessly to the Three Valleys ski circuit, its just 4 minutes walk and our driver service between the chalet and the slopes prevent you from carrying your skis.
It is possible to have the option “half” catered (without diner)

A charming and lovingly restored farmhouse with log fire dating back to the nineteenth century, it retains the ambience of a family home. This is reflected in the welcome you'll receive when you stay with us. The Chalet sleeps 16-18 in comfort and a free ski-bus stops outside the door.
The main living room is spacious with plenty of space for everyone to sit and relax. Sky TV, DVD and Apple Bluetooth docking station speaker for iPhones are provided, as well as a large selection of board games. Free super-fast WiFi is also provided. There is a Wine Fridge, Dishwasher, & Washing Machine etc in the fitted kitchen.
Although the interior of the chalet is non-smoking, we do provide an outside area for those who require it. Rooms vary in shape and size as reflects the character of the building, but all are decorated and furnished to a high standard.
