Hello Alison

Our chalet in Morzine has a self-contained apartment, which is the first level and looks out over the garden and spectacular views of the valley. The bedroom has 3 single beds and the lounge/dining has a banquette (which sleeps 2) if you have temporary guests. There is also:

• Lounge/dining room with TV, PlayStation, DVD player and UK
Freeview channels
• Free WiFi
• Bathroom (shower, sink & WC)
• Kitchen (dishwasher, oven and microwave)
• Free parking
• Mazot which provides ski storage space and has boot blowers

Location: Morzine
We have a beautiful two bedroom/two bathroom apartment which sleeps 4/5 people. It is part of Chalet La Savoyarde and has been furnished to a very high standard.

It has a double bedroom with its own ensuite. The triple bedroom on the lower ground floor is accessed by stairs lit with LEDs – it has a standard double bed with a single bunk. All the rooms have duck down duvets/pillows, orthopaedic mattresses, faux fur throws, wardrobe and chest of drawers.

The main living area is open plan – very light and airy with French doors and two windows with amazing views over the Morzine valley.

The brand new kitchen is clean and modern with integrated fridge, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave.

The dining area has a large pine table and sits up to 6 people in comfort.

The lounge has a large corner sofa, a 32” TV, DVD player, UK channels, WiFi, iPod docking station and internet access. The cupboard is stocked with board games, DVDs and books

The second bathroom is just off the kitchen/dining area.

The apartment is private and secluded, has its own parking space and is accessed by its own steps. There is a secure ski locker just outside the door for easy ski storage.

It’s less than a 10 minute walk to the town centre and a 5 minute bus ride to all the main ski lifts in and around Morzine – the ski bus stops just outside the chalet.

Location: Grand Massif
Hi Alison

We have an apartment that is situated right next to the pistes and lifts in Morillon 1100, part of Grand Massif and only just over an hour drive from Geneva.

The apartment that can sleep between.4 and 7 people is available not quite for the whole of the ski season but it would be available from Sunday 3 January to Saturday 26 March (excluding the week commencing Sat 13 February (when we have family stopping there). So that would be 11 weeks in total.

The usual price adding up each week in total for those 11 weeks would be £4700. However, if you were to book the 11 weeks then we could offer a 30% discount taking the price down to £3300, equating to just £300 per week for the apartment.

If you were interested then we could make arrangements for the safe and lockable storage of your personal belongings for the one week that my Sister and family would be there in February.

At Morillon 1100 there is a very large free car park and all facilities including bar, restaurants, local shops, etc are all within one or two minutes walk of the apartment.

“Le chalet” in Saint Martin de Belleville (a wonderful and typical village with a direct access to the 3 valleys ski circuits) is a balance of contemporary and alpine tradition and was completed in 2014.
“Le Chalet” sleeps ten with a butler and chef, it is perfectly presented with double height ceilings, a huge open fire... very nice atmosphere
It has also an indoor swimming pool, a sauna wet and dry with spectacular views of the surrounding Alps, a home cinema , 5 spacious comfortable bedrooms en-suite .... what eslse !
Located just 200 m from the ski lifts which connects effortlessly to the Three Valleys ski circuit, its just 4 minutes walk and our driver service between the chalet and the slopes prevent you from carrying your skis.
It is possible to have the option “half” catered (without diner)

Hello,

I have 3 appartments in Val-Thorens in the center of the village, with possibility to ski up to Balcony.

Val-Thorens is the highest Village in Europe in the biggest ski resort (Les trois-vallees).

All apartments are newly renovated with a great kitchen.

Price vary from 600€ to 2400€ per week depending of the weekk and the apartment.

I have a garage for rent under the apartement as well.

Have a look at the virtual visit.

The apartement is close to all services and Val-Thorens offers so many activities. I usually focus on skiing but we sometime do the 6km toboggan, the 1.2 km Tyrolien, use the sport center with Swimming pool, etc..

Our property is available early December 2015 and late January 2016 if you think that St Martin de Belleville could be a nice alternative to your preferred resort.
Chalet de Belleville is a large luxury chalet about 2 hours drive from Geneva Airport and 10 mins drive from St Martin de Belleville ski lifts which links to the 3 Valleys ski domain.
It is tucked away in a charming mountain village and close to the typical French restaurant and café.
You can booked for sole occupancy on a self-catered basis for €3,000 per week which includes the end of the week clean, linen and logs.
