We are looking for self motivated, exceptional people to join our team for winter 2016 to provide excellent levels of service to our guests.
We are looking for 1 x Chalet Couple, & 2 x Independent chalet hosts
Housekeeping Duties
*Ensure that an excellent standard of hygiene and cleanliness are maintained at all times
• On changeover day change all linen and towels and thoroughly clean the chalet.
• Ensure chalets are clean and presentable every day
• Set up and close down the chalet at the beginning and end of the season
• Snow clearing and salting
Cooking Duties
• On six days of the week prepare a cooked breakfast, afternoon tea & 3 or 4 course evening meals with wine.
• Prepare and serve two course children’s evening meal if there are children in the chalet
• Ensure that all kitchen equipment is maintained in the best possible condition.
Administration
• Prepare shopping lists and make sure that budgets are adhered to.
• Ensure sufficient wine and wood (if applicable) are available at all times.
• Ensure guests settle bills for any extras incurred during the holiday
Previous Experience
• Commercial catering experience preferable but not essential .
• Customer service experience
• Organisational skills
• Housekeeping/cleaning to a high standard.
Personal Qualities
• Outgoing, approachable, confident, responsible, friendly.
• Dynamic. Hardworking. Nothing is too much trouble attitude.
• Excellent social skills, able to interact well and create an ambience.
• High standards of personal hygiene/appearance.
