I am an experienced and dedicated chalet cook/host, who would relish a chance of doing another ski season this coming winter. I am currently available for the whole of your winter season.
I enjoy baking and am passionate about good, healthy home cooked foods. My skills and certificates are AoFAQ level 2 Emergency First At Work,level 2 Food Safety and Hygiene, The Native Chalet skills and Cookery Course,Introduction to Hospitality. The following components were included in this course, Suggestive Selling, Beverage Service Skills, Wine Knowledge& Service, Customer Care, Fine Dining Service, Personal Hygiene and Grooming.
I am a skier and enjoy the mountain life style and would relish any new challenges. I do not drive. I look forward to hearing from you. I have a menu plan and a up to date c.v available on request
