This is a great opportunity for a chef with previous restaurant experience to work in the mountains of the French Alps for the Winter.
Our client is a family run hotel in the centre of Morzine. Working in a small team under a head chef you will be preparing food to a high standard for both local residents and holidaymakers. The ability to work to a consistent standard is essential as well as the initiative to deal with specific dietary requirements.

Job Specifics
The job is live out position, 5 days a week, working shifts including weekends and evenings.
Salary will be dependent on qualification and experience.
You need to be available from early December 2015 until late April 2016.
You will be working under a UK contract and you MUST have a UK National Insurance number, bank account and a recent history of work in the UK to apply for this position.
