A young and vibrant property management company are looking to expand their management team with a new resort manager. You will be in constant communication with the general manager, and shall be managing yourself and a small team for changeovers and resort duties. We are seeking an individual who is reliable and dedicated to standards as much as we are.
Duties include:
·Excellent customer service- a proactive attitude with customers is needed & the ability to deal promptly with any issues as and when they arise
· Managing linen for properties
· Cleaning properties in line with standards
· Meet and Greets for all customers
· Extra tasks such as buying welcome packs, collecting lift passes and delivering and collecting gopros
Key Skills:
· Confident, friendly, flexible and enthusiastic.
· Committed to achieving excellent customer service.
· Good time management and organisational skills.
· Ability to self-motivate and to work without supervision.
· Experience of team management and staff motivation.
