I am a professional chef with an excellent reputation for food and hospitality, and own and operate my traditional Savoyard chalet in the lovely, unspoiled village of Samoëns (‘The 4th largest ski area and in the top 3 snow sure resort in France’ -Daily Telegraph 2013; ‘This is one of the most appealing resorts in the Alps’– Sunday Times online 16/10/10) - about 1 hour from Geneva airport. Assistance with transfers. Parking in the chalet grounds.
From Samoëns you have access to the Grand Massif (265 km pistes - Flaine, Le Carroz, Morillon and Sixt Fer à Cheval). The Chariande Express, a 6 seater chair lift, between Samoëns 1600 and Tete de Saix has speeded up access to Flaine. Good snow record with a variety of pistes up to 2,500m.

Chalet La Fugue is in a unique position in that you can ski out and almost ski in and we are less than 5 mins walk from the centre of Meribel with its many shops, restaurants and bars.
The chalet is fabulous with 6 twin/double rooms and 4 newly renovated bathrooms, fantastic views across Meribel and the slopes, a large sun terrace, spacious living areas, and accredited for its interior decoration.

We provide gourmet food starting the day with a hearty breakfast. The Three Valleys has excellent ski-ing for all abilities. The Meribel Valley has great, well thought out beginner areas, plenty of blues and reds, and more challenging blacks and accessible off piste for the more experienced. There’s fast access to both Courchevel with its vast open pistes and interesting couloirs, and Val Thorens, known for its high snow sure slopes.

We'd love to have you stay with us in picturesque St Martin de Belleville.
We offer luxurious catered chalet holidays and have three chalets available. Our January weeks start from £8175 for the whole chalet.
St Martin is a pretty village with friendly shops, bars & restaurants and easy acccess to the incredible (and snow sure) Three Valleys.
Our chalets were founded on a belief in good food and luxurious creature comforts. You can expect seriously impressive cooking, created by your talented chef and we have a complimentary bar with good quality wines (European and New World) as well as Prosecco on tap!
A sample menu:
- Scallop with gooseberry and coriander flower
- Home-cured duck ham, pickled beetroot, sweet potato purée
- Sea bass with roasted cherry tomatoes, capers
- Pain perdu, honeycomb chantilly
All our bedrooms are warm and comfortable, stylishly decorated and all with en-suite facilities. We provide quality linen, fluffy towels, robes, slippers and 100% natural products from Cowshed.

Location: Morzine/Saint Jean D'Aulps - Portes Du Soleil | Hi Ruth,
We'd love to host your ski break next year here in Saint Jean DAulps, near Morzine in the Portes Du Soleil. We are owner hosts and can offer you support with transfers, equipment, passes and lessons. We ask for 5000€ for a whole chalet booking.
You will receive:
- A warm welcome with glowing log fire, champagne and canapés.
- For breakfast – cereals, fruit, patisseries, yoghurts and 6 mornings you will have a cooked option to keep you warm for the slopes
- When you return from the slopes each day there will be afternoon tea and cakes with tea, coffee or hot chocolate (or hot wings and beer on one evening if you like)
- In the evening you will be served a 4 course evening meal with wine and beer available throughout, we can cater for special dietary requirements so please do let us know in advance. We have one evening off and will be glad to book a table for you and your group at one of the fantastic restaurants in town.
- We transport your group to and from your choice of ski lifts each day and have a sauna and outdoor hot tub for your private use.
- We can give you our partners details for discount on equipment hire which will be delivered to the chalet on your arrival, and have your ski passes here ready to go so you can get straight out to the slopes.
