| I'm looking for a catered chalet or small lodge/hotel for a group of 8 ladies (none are couples).
Our requirements are:
3 x twins
2 x single
Or possibly
2 x twinsets
1 x triple (if spacious)
1 x single.
We are all ladies of more mature years who need our comforts!, so must be en suite
Close to ski lifts/ slope access into the Porte du Soleil circuit.
Walking distance to Chatel town centre or close to Linga access perhaps.

Chalet Cannelle is available with the room you require. The chalet is an old farm, lovingly renovated to keep the quirks and charm but with all the modern luxuries you want after a day in the alpine air. Spacious open plan lounge, with open fire and views of the Abondance valley and plenty of seating for everyone. We aren't far from the slopes and provide a transfer service.
We are all about good food and offer a fully catered stay with delicious food and good wine. All drinks are included (no honesty bar!) and everything is cooked in house by us, with much of the produce from the local markets, farmers and butchers. We even have our own hens for eggs!

Thank you for your enquiry. La Grange au Merle is available for the week Saturday 14 January to 21 January. La Grange au Merle is a beautifully renovated 6 bedroom Savoyard Farmhouse a short walk from Châtel village square. It has an outdoor hot tub, sauna, spacious living space and in resort transport.
Of the 6 bedrooms, one is a family suite with a double room and a separate bunk room and the remaining 4 bedrooms are doubles and twins. The price for the chalet as exclusive occupancy for the week is €7500. This price includes full gourmet catering for 6 days with wines and soft drinks. We provide morning shuttle transfer to the pistes and a collection service from any of the Châtel based lifts between 4-5pm. This allows hassle free access to the pistes. A chalet manager will be on hand to provide advice and arrange bookings as required.
Full catering covers
- breakfast with a hot option
- afternoon teas
- canapés and pre-dinner drinks
- four course evening meal using fresh and local produce
Additional services can be arranged including
-Ski hire and fitting arranged at the chalet
-Ski pass delivery to the chalet
-Airport transfers (Geneva is 1hr30mins transfer time).
The tastefully decorated bedrooms are ensuite and most of the bedrooms have direct access onto a terrace or south facing balcony. The heart of the chalet is a large south facing living space with feature fire and dining area with cocktail bar. There is a separate TV snug/playroom and a wine carnozet in the cave under the chalet.
