I am looking for a position this winter, in an independent chalet, as either a cook or host. I have experience of both positions and have worked in hospitality for 20 years both in kitchen and front of house. I am happy to work with a French or UK contract. Good level of French and some German, Spanish and Italian. Full driving licence and winter driving experience.

We are an owner run chalet and looking for a cook to prepare good home cooked food for hungry skiers after a day on the slopes.
We are located in the Grand Massif ski area. It is a hidden gem with 265kms of piste, 69 lifts, 20 green runs,65 blue runs, 50 red runs and 14 black runs with the highest altitude 2,500 metres.
