La Terrasse’ is a small and friendly, owner-run property, ideally situated just one hour by road from Geneva, on the sunny slopes of the strikingly beautiful upper Giffre valley. Directly opposite are Morillon, 5 minutes, Samoens, 10 minutes, which link easily to Flaine, Les Carroz and 265kms of piste which form the Grand Massif range, Frances 4th largest ski area.
The living area benefits from double French doors with stunning panoramic views of the mountain scenery. You will be personally welcomed and hosted by the owners Phil, and Louise, who is a qualified chef and fantastic cook.

Location: Samoëns | We can offer sole occupancy of our newly built catered chalet, with outdoor hot tub, that week.
We're right on the Samoëns/Morillion boundary - our address is officially Samoens, but we're closer to Morillon village. We're three minutes to either the Morillon telecabine or the Vercland bubble in our minibus shuttle (saves walking around in ski boots or waiting for the ski bus!). Its a 5 minute walk down to Morillon village (but probably 10 back up - its a bit uphill!)
There's 5 ensuite bedrooms, with 4 of them being easy triples/quads. We can move double/single beds around according to group make-up. They’re all proper kings/doubles/single beds - not a bunkbed in sight.
Our food is more Jamie Oliver than fine dining, the style is relaxed, and of course wine is included. And more often than not, there's a tot of single malt in the coffee too. Catered service includes breakfast, afternoon tea/coffee/cake everyday - and 3 course dinner 6 out of the 7 nights - leaving you one night to explore the local restaurants. And we're happy to cater for vegetarians, and do an earlier children's supper if you'd like it.
The price for sole occupancy would be €8,568, but we're running an early bird discount of €500 for any sole occupancy bookings confirmed by 30/9/16, reducing it to £8,068

La vieille Ferme is a beautifully renovated Haute-Savoie Farmhouse in Les Vallons, Samoens, the only “listed” Alpine station de ski in France, which is part of the 256 kms of the Grand Massif ski area, 60 mins from Geneva airport.

We can help organise Transfers, equipment hire, ski lessons, guiding, ski passes, with WiFi & our hot tub being available for Fully catered guests over 16 yrs before your evening meal. All adding the final touches to the special experience available at La vieille Ferme.

Thank you for posting in the solutions room.
If you stayed in Samoens last year, you will know the Grand Massif ski area is a hidden gem with 265kms of piste, 69 lifts, 20 green runs,65 blue runs, 50 red runs and 14 black runs with the highest altitude 2,500 metres. It has something for all abilities.
We have availability for your group in our large chalet located in Morillon
The chalet is owner run and located between 2 ski lifts. Morillon village and Les Esserts 1100.
All our bedrooms are spacious with en-suite facilities and there is a large dining room and lounge for you to enjoy after a hard day on the slopes.
The costs for adults is 500 per week and children £250 per week. You will have exclusive use of the chalet.
Th price includes:-
breakfast
afternoon tea & cakes
3 course meal with wine, beer and soft drinks (6 nights)
We have plenty of room for cars if you hire a car or we can recommend a couple of good transfer companies that offer shared or private transport.
There is free wifi throughout the chalet.

Chalet Giffre has an excellent location close to the village center just 400m to cafes, bars, shops and the Gondola. We have our own private minibuses servicing the chalet. Our drivers drop you off at the gondola in the mornings in under a minute and offer collection in the afternoon from 5 different lift stations in the Valley.
We offer a fully catered service 6 out of 7 days, cooked breakfast, 3 course evening meal with bottled wines cold beers.

I am a professional chef with an excellent reputation for food, and own and operate my traditional Savoyard chalet in the lovely, unspoiled village of Samoëns (‘The 4th largest ski area and in the top 3 snow sure resort in France’ -Daily Telegraph 2013; - about 1 hour from Geneva airport. Assistance with transfers. Parking in the chalet grounds.
From Samoëns you have access to the Grand Massif (265 km pistes - Flaine, Le Carroz, Morillon and Sixt Fer à Cheval). The Chariande Express, a 6 seater chair lift, between Samoëns 1600 and Tete de Saix has speeded up access to Flaine. Good snow record with a variety of pistes up to 2,500m.
