Location: Meribel and La Tania | Chalet Couple - Meribel Les Allues
We have a chalet couples position that has just become available in Meribel Les Allues running a 7 bedroom chalet from early December through until mid April.
You will be required to produce breakfast, afternoon teas and 4 course evening meals 6 days of the week. Working within a reasonable budget you will have the freedom to create your own menu.
As well as the cooking, you will be required to do a full changeover of the chalet once per week and keep on top of the cleaning of the rooms & communal areas on a daily basis.
At least 1 person should have strong cooking skills (previous restaurant or chalet work experience preferred).
You should be well presented, well organised and have an eye for detail.
An outgoing, bubbly personality helps given that you will be in direct contact with your guests each day
You will be provided with:
travel to and from resort at the start and end of the season,
your own staff accommodation close to your chalet
food
a Meribel ski pass for the season
equipment hire for the season
carte neige insurance
fortnightly pay
Applicants must have a UK National Insurance number and bank account.
