Area Manager, Resort Manager (or similar) job wanted!

‘Customer at the centre of everything you do’ is the principal value that has been accompanying me throughout my professional life. My work experience represents a highly valued mixture of direct work with hotel guests, managing people and business, as well managing projects.

My early career stage allowed me to gain direct insights into customer needs and customer service standards. As a manager at one of the largest e-commerce companies I grew as a leader either to a direct team or stakeholders in various roles and at different levels of seniority. Training, motivating, coaching, leading by examples, influencing are crucial attributes I have to represent every day to ensure effective team work as a core of success. I have developed a solid reputation of a responsible and trustworthy individual with hands-on attitude. Great sense of ownership, attention to the details, delivering high standards results has been acknowledge by my supervisors either in the form of consistent exceeding expectation performance scores or entrusting company-critical projects.

By nature I am very organized professional, enjoying planning and executing. At the same time I consider myself as open-minded and flexible – I always consider my goal as a north star, yet I understand that there are several ways to achieve success.

Having said that, I hope for an opportunity to discuss further with you if the level of my skills and experience, allows me to contribute to your success as a Area Manager Operations/ Resort Manager

Our ethos lies in providing our team with all the tools they need to fulfil the requirements of their role with the minimum amount of fuss. We look after our team first and foremost and in return our team look after our guests and have the most amazing 5 months in the Alps.

We are looking for some very special people who have warm, friendly and approachable personalities, are customer focused, diligent and professional. If you have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service and great food and love the mountains, skiing or snowboarding, then come and be part of something special this winter.
