Location: Tignes les Brevieres | Chalet Couple (Chef and Host) Summer in Tignes, French Alps, mid June start - alpine and bike mecca!
A great opportunity for outdoor enthusiasts to live in the beautiful French Alps with fantastic downhill biking and MTB and an abundance of other sports on your doorstep.
The Chalet Cook must be capable of catering to a high standard, 6 day a week, breakfast and a 3 course evening meal with cannapes for up to x 17. The Chalet Cook must work well under pressure and be able to produce well-presented dishes in a timely fashion.Previous employed catering experience or catering qualification is desirable, but not essential. A full menu and training will be provided. It is also essential they are well organized and are clean and tidy in a kitchen with a general kitchen hygiene awareness.
The Chalet Host will be responsible for the smooth daily running of the Chalet and keeping the Chalet clean and tidy at all times. A high standard of cleanliness and great attention to detail is required. It is the Chalet Hosts responsibility to make the Chalet a clean, friendly place our guests will look forward to coming home to.
The Chalet Couple will be responsible for entertaining guests, so they must be friendly, helpful and enthusiastic with excellent customer service skills.
