We are a group of 9 (two families - one of 2 adults and 3 children, aged 15, 13, and 12; the other of 3 adults and 1 child of 15).
We are looking to rent a high quality/luxury catered chalet for sole occupancy over 7 days during the February half term week (the week commencing Monday 15 February) in 2016. We are happy to look at a Saturday-to-Saturday or a Sunday-to-Sunday rental.
Ideally, we are seeking something with the classic ingredients of being close to the lifts (ski in/ski out would be even better), being walking distance to the village, having great food, and being sufficiently spacious that we are not squashed in. A hot tub and open fire are not essential, but would be a welcome treat. We would consider flying or driving to the resort; but, if flying, we would prefer a shorter transfer (ideally no more than 1 hour 30 minutes or so).
In previous years, we have focused on the Portes du Soleil region in France. We would consider that again, but would also welcome a change of scene. Thus, we would happily also consider other resorts in France, but also Austria and Italy too. Indeed, something in the latter two might appeal more.
Subject to the rough guidance above, we will happily give serious consideration to anything suitable that anyone can suggest. So, do please let us know if you have any ideas that might work.

Chalet Châtelet is a luxury catered eco chalet in the village of Bonnevaux near Abondance in the Chatel valley with a cosy relaxed atmosphere in spectacular uninterrupted mountain panorama. Location: La Thuile, Valle da Aosta, Italy | Hello You may be interested in our Chalet situated in the ski resort of La Thuile, Italy in the north western Alps bordering France and Switzerland just 90 minutes drive from both Geneva or Turin.
You will be pleasantly surprised with the resort of La Thuile known for it's crowd free skiing due to the low number of tourist beds (2000 beds) in relation to the high uphill ski lift capacity(50,000 skiers per hour) and it's 150 km of ski runs. Another plus in la Thuile is it's reliable snow record mainly due to it's unique geographical position in the Alps which most of it's pistes facing north.

We are a family run company operating successfully out of La Tania for 21 years, at the moment we can offer your party sole occupancy in one of our luxury chalets from Sat 13-20 feb'16 at £6500 inc chalet board.
La Tania is a ski in ski out resort between Courchevel and Meribel and as such offers direct easy access to the vast and varied skiing of the 3 valleys.
All our chalets offer doorstep skiing, have FREE Wifi, boast log fires, outdoor hot tub Jacuzzis and great views, whilst still being only a short few minute walk to the car free, picturesque and lively village of La Tania.
Our Chalet hosts/chefs are both friendly and professional, we train them to offer the same excellent service that we used to offer when we first started and ran our own single chalet.
We have our own in house quality yet fairly priced ski and boot hire service and our ski techs are on duty morning and evening to make any necessary changes.
We can purchase your ski passes in advance, ensuring you get the best deal and deliver them to your chalet at no extra cost to you.
We can also organize your direct airport transfers in our own minibuses.
Through our close relationships with the ski schools we can help you choose the best ski or boarding lessons to suit your needs and budget.

We have availability for the dates requested Sunday to Sunday and would be delighted to take care of your snow holiday. Chalet Chez Max is brilliantly located in the heart of some of the very best skiing and snow boarding in the French Alpes with Ste Foy, Tignes, Val d’Isere, Les Arcs, and La Rosiere ranging from 5 to 15 minutes away.
We have an excellent reputation for food, wine, and personal service, and can take just 8 guests in 4 beautifully appointed rooms, all with ensuite. The little touches do make a difference, such as wifi, fine toiletries from Montague Lloyd, slippers and robes, and a first class complimentary wine list. In house massage is also available.
We’re able to offer excellent rooms with ensuite, and our tariff includes gourmet meals, a first class wine selection and pre dinner drinks – this really does represent exceptional value.

I can offer catered chalet accommodation in Meribel Le Raffort (3 Valleys) from Sat 13-20 Feb.
Chalet Martin has 6 bedrooms/4 bathrooms. It is comfortable and spacious with large lounge, log fireplace, plenty of comfy seating and great views. Although it is normally possible to ski back to the chalet, we do also offer a minibus shuttle in the mornings and at the end of the skiing day if required.
The cost for the week (if booked by 31 May 2015) is £8,000 This will give your party of 9 exclusive use of the chalet and will iclude:
7 nights accommodation
breakfast each day with a cooked option on 6 mornings
afternoon tea each day
6 x 4 course evening meals with wine
