| Hi, We are looking for 2 chalet couples or friends to help run our catered chalets in Morzine for next winter season. Duties include the following... Cleaning Driving minibus in resort (at least one person with licence for 3 years or more) Preparing and serving food (ideally one person will be a chef or very good cook) Looking after guests Wood chopping, hot tub servicing, snow digging... You must be polite, hardworking, friendly and happy at all times around our guests. We offer a great package that includes - Weekly salary Lift pass - Morzine, Avoriaz & Les Gets Accommodation Food whilst on duty Travel to and from UK - Start Dec 1 - April 17 Monthly bonus for great customer feedback. The work can be hard and tiring but with the correct organisation and preparation you can have plenty of time to ski or snowboard. You will have one full day off per week. | Hi Katja We are looking for self motivated, exceptional people to join our team for winter 2016 to provide excellent levels of service to our guests. We are looking for 1 x Chalet Couple, & 2 x Independent chalet hosts Housekeeping Duties *Ensure that an excellent standard of hygiene and cleanliness are maintained at all times • On changeover day change all linen and towels and thoroughly clean the chalet. • Ensure chalets are clean and presentable every day • Set up and close down the chalet at the beginning and end of the season • Snow clearing and salting Cooking Duties • On six days of the week prepare a cooked breakfast, afternoon tea & 3 or 4 course evening meals with wine. • Prepare and serve two course children’s evening meal if there are children in the chalet • Ensure that all kitchen equipment is maintained in the best possible condition. Administration • Prepare shopping lists and make sure that budgets are adhered to. • Ensure sufficient wine and wood (if applicable) are available at all times. • Ensure guests settle bills for any extras incurred during the holiday Previous Experience • Commercial catering experience preferable but not essential . • Customer service experience • Organisational skills • Housekeeping/cleaning to a high standard. Personal Qualities • Outgoing, approachable, confident, responsible, friendly. • Dynamic. Hardworking. Nothing is too much trouble attitude. • Excellent social skills, able to interact well and create an ambience. • High standards of personal hygiene/appearance. | Hello We are looking for a young chalet couple to host and cook and take care of our small 3 bedroom chalet in the village of Les Gets.2 minutes from the slopes To look after our family and friends when we visit and a few selected paying guests in peak season.
