| Dear Job Hunters, We are looking for an experienced couple to run our lovely chalet in the Paradiski. We are looking for a professional chef and a host to look after our guests . We just have the one chalet and we offer a great package including your own accommodation in the village with a balcony. We can actually help find work as a ski tech in addition if you would like experience in this too as we have a lot of contacts in our great farming village. | Hi Job Hunters We are looking for self motivated, exceptional people to join our team for winter 2016 to provide excellent levels of service to our guests. All our staff are trained to a high standard to ensure that our guests are well looked after and, that our team members get fabulous mountain time. Housekeeping Duties Ensure that an excellent standard of hygiene and cleanliness are maintained at all times • On changeover day change all linen and towels and thoroughly clean the chalet. • Ensure chalets are clean and presentable every day • Set up and close down the chalet at the beginning and end of the season • Snow clearing and salting Cooking Duties • On six days of the week prepare a cooked breakfast, afternoon tea & 3 or 4 course evening meals with wine. • Prepare and serve two course children’s evening meal if there are children in the chalet • Ensure that all kitchen equipment is maintained in the best possible condition. Administration • Prepare shopping lists and make sure that budgets are adhered to. • Ensure sufficient wine and wood (if applicable) are available at all times. • Ensure guests settle bills for any extras incurred during the holiday Previous Experience • catering experience preferable • Customer service experience • Organisational skills • Housekeeping/cleaning to a high standard. Personal Qualities • Outgoing, approachable, confident, responsible, friendly. • Dynamic. Hardworking. Nothing is too much trouble attitude. • Excellent social skills, • High standards of personal hygiene/appearance. Ideal for an idependent Couple ideally one being a professional chef and the other half of the team to assist with the running of the chalet. Own accommodation in the village in a lovely apartment with balcony. Great Package including Paradiski Ski Pass, Ski Hire, Salary, Insurance and board. Speaking French an advantage but not obligatory.
