La Chanterelle is looking to employ for the winter season 2015/16 the following positions.
La Chanterelle is a piste side Savoyard restaurant in the Portes du Soleil, located on the back of mt Chery Les Gets, accessible by piste form les gets or by road from Essert Romand. The restaurant has good customer base of locals and seasonaires. 50 -100 covers, closed in the evenings.
Sous Chef:
Experience in cuisine Savoyard
The ability to run a fast service
Capability to communicate and instruct with basic french
Commis Chef/Plonge/ Kitchen porter:
To assist Kitchen with food service and preparation.
Help maintain cleanliness of kitchen and utensils
Adhoc responsibilities
Restaurant host:
Table service of 30 plus
Experience in similar role
Ability to communicate in French and English
good tips and reasonable hours
